Our Concept
Our Concept
Before building the concept, we first tried to understand what makes a luxury fragrance feel meaningful- not just how it is made, but why people connect with it. Through research, brand analysis, and team brainstorming, we explored fragrance as a mix of craft, emotion, identity, and personal expression. This led us to create a refillable smart fragrance system that lets users build a wardrobe of fragrances within one bottle, designed around changing moods, energy levels, and daily rhythms. The product was designed as a long-term brand ecosystem, using refill cartridges, saved scent profiles, app personalization, and customer data to increase engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value.
